GP Visit Card for Children & Over 70’s

The GP visit card has been extended to age 8. If you are a patient of this practice and have an eligible child please apply on line through the HSE website. You can also see the full benefits of this on the HSE website.
Also note that all over 70’s are entitled to a GP visit card, this is not means tested. So if you are over 70 or have a relative of this age please make them aware of this information. Again it can be applied for on line or drop into the surgery for an application form.
